Lead Pastors Lance and Lauren Snow have been serving in ministry for 3+ years and have a passion for prayer, a heart for God and a dedication to His people. They have a strong desire to see the lives of the church and the surrounding community be changed for eternity. This is done by ministering to God’s people and helping them learn to follow Christ and to cultivate their relationship with Him. Then sending them out into their communities to impact the world with the Gospel. Pastors Lance and Lauren Snow see every person that comes through the doors of Lead Church as a soul created in the image of God and is someone that has great value. They desire to love, encourage and disciple the people of God.
